Michael Sheen OBE

"Street Football Wales achieves incredible change for homeless adults with the most complex lives and challenges. Street Football Wales gives me an opportunity to bring together my love for football and my ambitions to create a fairer system in Wales, to tackle social injustice. Whilst the Homeless World Cup is a great incentive and something we should all get behind, it`s the wider programme that excites me most, the impact we can all make together. As patron my aim is to help the team in achieving more impact, being more sustainable as it grows and to make everyone in Wales proud of their Homeless World Cup teams!“

Loren Dykes

Loren is excited to support Street Football Wales in our 2021 campaign and focus on growing female participation.

“Street Football Wales is so much more than a game of football. I have seen with my own eyes how it can help change people's lives and I've been truly humbled and inspired by the people I have met and the stories of adversity they have shared. It may start out as kicking a ball but it's the wider implications that make this organisation so special and we have a duty to help it grow and make it more sustainable so that we keep having a greater impact on social excluded and homeless lives”.

- Loren Dykes Ex Wales international and Bristol City Women’s assistant coach
